Whether seeing us for a new piercing or upgrading an existing one, you should never feel limited in how you choose to express yourself. To that end, Conjur is delighted to provide you with the opportunity to create your own unique jewelry pieces and collections.

To start the the process, our piercer will need to perform an anatomy check for your piercing and take the necessary measurements. Both you and our piercer will look through a variety of materials, colors, gem/stone options and styles that will be used to construct your perfect piece.

Custom jewelry orders will require a deposit to initiate production which will vary according to the piece / number of pieces being ordered. Your deposit will be applied to the final balance once the jewelry has been received and installed.

Due to the many different exceptional makers we source from, we cannot and do not make guarantees on expected completion times, but will instead provide you with our best estimate. Once your new jewelry has arrived to our studio, our piercer will reach out to schedule an appointment to install it. The remaining balance will be collected at that time – and we can then start planning your next one!

Cancellation & Return Policy on Custom Orders

If a custom order is cancelled mid-production or refused once it has been received by the studio, the deposit made to initiate the process will be forfeited.  We have a no return policy on all custom jewelry orders.
